Friends - Just dropping a reminder to please check your inboxes and spam folders for an email from BackerKit with your survey. If you ordered a physical copy of the book or any add-on, we need your shipping info! About 40 of you haven't done the survey yet.
If you are a digital only reward tier supporter, it would still be great if you could complete the survey. It will just be one question for you about whether you'd like to join the Thorny Comics mailing list. We won't spam you... promise! Just want to engage with comics fans and keep you updated on our future projects, like Cicada Samurai, The Grizzly Crew, and more issues of The CloakRoom.
Also - our second issue will have a pre-launch campaign up in a couple of weeks. So by the time you all receive your rewards in the mail, we'll be about ready to launch the next issue. We're going to stay on that schedule (an issue every 3 months) until people in Scott's writing workshop stop writing comics or until Scott tells us to stop!
Thanks again for your your support. We're really excited to share these stories with you, and think you'll be excited about the next two issues we've got planned as well!

Thank you all for supporting this project! We are fully funded and can’t wait to get these stories to you. Be on the lookout in the next week or so… you’ll be getting a survey from BackerKit so we can collect your shipping info and distribute your digital rewards.
I know a lot of you are listening to Scott right now talk about crafting action scenes, so I’ll keep it brief… just wanted to say thanks and we'll be in touch real soon!

Hey all - thanks for supporting The CloakRoom! We're entering our final day of the campaign, so just wanted to say thanks and point out that our super-limited signed-by-Scott-Snyder copies of this first issue are still available. We're only allowing a maximum of 10 altogether, and only 3 have been claimed so far! This is an add-on exclusive, available only to physical backers, and will be a rare collectible! Thanks for all your support so far on this project. When the original team started publishing TALES FROM THE CLOAKROOM 2 years ago, the goal was to have a place where newer comics creators could publish their work, work with their classmates, and continue to grow as creators and members of the comics community.
A second group picked up that mantle and ran with it a year later, and now we're SO THRILLED to be carrying it further.
Thanks to you and your pledges, this new iteration of the project, THE CLOAKROOM, will continue as a quarterly release, each time with 5-7 or so new stories from creators who are just starting out in comics.
Thank you for letting us keep this going. Literally could not do it without you.
